Civil Defense Brigadier General Raymond Khattar received a delegation from Roads For Life chaired by President Zeina Kassem on May 17, 2017 to discuss a future training plan in post trauma care for Civil defense elements. The course that will be offered is called ”First Responder”.  This training will empower Civil Defense members by enhancing their post-crash care skills upon intervention to provide first aid to victims at the accident site.
