Roads for Life has played a pioneering role in the adoption of the new traffic law in Lebanon, as the association brought it out of Parliament’s drawers and lobbied for its adoption and publication in the official journal in 2012.

This law constitutes a quantum leap in road safety, only if properly implemented in a manner that preserves the aura of the state and security officials.

The hope remains that Lebanese need not wait any longer for a new era of law respect in Lebanon.
