Roads for Life President Zeina Kassem is proud to announce that RFL will be signing a Memorandum of Understanding with the Directorate General of the Internal Security Forces (ISF), in order to provide the ISF troops with a special first-aid training program, “First Responder”.
 

"The term First Responder is a generic term referring to the First Medically Trained Responder to arrive on scene (police, firefighter, EMS).  Many police officers and firefighters must be at least certified with the First Responder".

His Excellency General Othman is keen on modernizing ISF training and supporting the rescue culture among officers and troops, especially among those in charge of traffic.
