In March 27 2018, the WHO and EU Humanitarian Aid requested ATLS MENA region to conduct an ATLS demo course for Syrian Physicians in conflict zones. 

This training was held in Gaziantep Turkey under the leadership of ALTS MENA Chair and Lebanon Chair Dr. Georges Abi Saad, a founding member of Roads for Life.  30 Syrian Physicians from Aleppo and its suburbs benefitted from this training.
