Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses®

Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses®

ATCN for Nurses

The Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses® (ATCN®) is an advanced course designed for the registered nurse interested in increasing his/her knowledge in management of the multiple injured trauma patients.

The ATCN® course is taught concurrently with the ATLS® course. The ATCN® program has been operational for over 15 years and has an excellent record of offering a superb trauma educational program.

The ATCN® is the third Program that has been implemented in order to complete the loop of the Trauma Training Program.

AUBMC and Roads For Life joined their efforts in a unique partnership in the purpose of promulgating the ATCN® program with the final goal to professionalize the post trauma care at all levels of the trauma cycle.

The promulgation of the ATCN® program started in February 2014 with the core faculty, the international faculty chaired by Mr. Richard Henn and the KSA chief regional chapter Dr. Saud Al Turki.

As of 2019, Roads for Life has trained over 400 registered nurses across Lebanon.
